OUR CLASS

Every week, we meet for a movement practice that blends strength, mobility, flexibility, and breath — a flow that adapts to every body.

Whether you’re new to movement or an athlete refining your performance, the Flow class brings together yoga- and pilates-inspired movement, mindful breathwork, and deep body awareness to balance effort and ease.

To make these sessions as accessible as possible, classes are donation-based and participants contribute whatever they can.

What makes these sessions special is the people — a diverse community from all walks of life, some new to Melbourne, some born here, all connected through movement.

After class, we often stay for dinner or drinks — a relaxed space to chat, connect, and get to know each other off the mat.

It’s more than a class — it’s a moment to move, meet, and belong.
