OUR CLASS
Each week, we come together for a movement practice that blends strength, mobility, flexibility, and breath.
This class is thoughtfully layered and adaptable, welcoming both those new to movement and athletes looking to support or refine their performance.
We aim to make these sessions as accessible as possible, creating a space where everyone feels welcome.
What makes the class special is the people. A mix of locals and newcomers, connected through movement.
After class, we often stay on for dinner or drinks, offering a relaxed space to connect off the mat.
It’s more than a class, it’s a moment to move, meet, and belong.

After years of training and competing in boxing, I found my way to yoga, Pilates and supportive practices like mobility, breathwork and meditation, learning how to care for the body while still challenging it.
With over 450 hours of teacher training, I guide sessions that are thoughtful, playful and grounded, helping people move with confidence, reduce injury, and feel strong and capable in their bodies, whatever their background.
